I was first licensed in 1972 and specialize in senior citizens, first-time home buyers, and relocating military families. Am a Graduate of the Realtor Institute and hold the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation.
Having moved 24 times as a military wife, I can relate to what it's like to have to go through relocating alone (husband deployed, etc.). I'm there to help, advise, and assist my clients in making good decisions.
What can sometimes be a trying time can also be made to be fun and exciting. I'm here to remove doubt, help out, get my clients from one secure place to another. I met Toni after acquiring a town home from an estate in Colorado Springs. This was 2007-2008 time frame when the real estate market crashed. Toni went above and beyond to help me ready the property for sale. It was a very tough market at that time with almost no interest in the town home. After a few months Toni suggested I rent the property for a year to give the market time to recover. She took the time to show me how to do the accounting, provided sample documentation of leases etc and she even found a highly qualified tenant for me. The renters moved out after 12 months and and soon after, the property was under contract. Toni is great realtor and was wonderful to work with. I think I was very lucky to have found her.

You should use Toni for your realtor!!!!!!. We met her at one of her open houses when we were thinking about trying to buy again . Toni was wonderful from helping us with getting approved right down to closing. We had a few snagged along the way, which she kept telling me have it will work out. It always did. During our anticipated move to Colorado Springs from California Toni was with us every step of the way. We can't say enough good things about Toni. She helped us in our effort to relocate to Colorado and during our home search treated us like family. She learned what we liked and didn't like about properties and steered us to places we hadn't thought to look at that turned out to be intriguing. Toni was extremely helpful! We're big researchers and comparison shoppers, and she was very accommodating about taking our spreadsheet full of properties and offering feedback and getting us into houses. She knows the Colorado Springs area very well, and is just fun to hang out with. We ended up buying a desirable house that had two other offers going through, and we probably wouldn't have gotten if not for Toni pulling together paperwork in record time. She was available, friendly, and very knowledgeable, and we highly recommend her!
