My wife and I have only good things to say about Lynne. As first time homebuyers in this crazy market, newlyweds, and expecting parents, we were incredibly overwhelmed with the task of finding a good home to begin growing out family in. We spent months receiving listings, sending prospective homes to Lynne, and trying to schedule a showing just to find out that in less than 24 hours they were already off the market with multiple pending offers. Lynne was always positive, always giving us advice on homes we were able to look at, always easily available via phone, text, or email, and constantly was trying to meet our needs and not just make a quick sale. Eventually, she was able to work her magic at a new build community and help us bump up on the list (pregnancy card works great!) until we were able to get in to a home that fell out of escrow. Every step of the way we had dozens of questions that she was able to answer or find answers to regardless of whether they were her responsibility or not. She stopped a the builders office multiple times for us to keep us on track with the build process. She attended closing, our various walkthroughs, and was the most valuable resource of information. My wife was familiar with how amazing Lynne was as she'd used her in the past but this was my first experience working with her and I would more than happily work with her again or recommend her to anyone searching for their next property.

In the month of April, over the Easter weekend, Lynne Hoffman worked tirelessly to put together some extra info on the comps to support my offer price. Because of her extra effort and hard work, the sellers accepted my offer and as a result I was able to purchase the home at a great price. She always promptly returns my calls and answers my questions. When I text her, she always responds very quickly. Lynne is highly dedicated and very professional. She is very organized and pays attention even to the smallest details. She is very knowledgeable of the Las Vegas/Henderson real estate market. Years ago I required relocation assistance in Las Vegas related to a job offer. I found Lynne Hoffman through an article that she participated in regarding relocation. Lynne was so helpful and willing to go the distance. My offer fell through, but I never forgot Lynne.

Forward to this past year (2021), I decided to buy a new build home in Henderson and needed a good realtor. I remembered Lynne and found her number (thankfully) was in my address book. Lynne is fiercely dedicated to her clients. She went above and beyond to help me around the clock with a challenging purchasing process and builder. She explained everything to me along the way. She faced problems with me side by side and was proactive in stepping up to the builder and related issues.

I highly recommend Lynne Hoffman for anyone buying a home in Las Vegas or Henderson. You will be in highly capable hands. Most realtors disappear as soon as the initial ink is dry. Not Lynne. She will see you through the whole process end to end--and beyond.

Lynne Hoffman is the best there is. She is always available to answer your questions. She is very knowledgeable about the business and her input is right on. She never forces any point of view on you. She understands what you are looking for and what you need. She fights for the rights of her clients. You can count on her even after closing, you got a friend for life. We are extremely grateful for all of her hard work to help us buy the house of our dreams.

Lynne is great, she was always available to help with what I needed and got me a good deal on my home purchase, even in this crazy market we are in now. She was also very helpful when I had to move in from out of state to find a house to rent and Lynne found me a nice place right away!

I highly recommend Lynne. Lynne is amazing to work with! We were selling my parent's home remotely. (We live in a different state and were not able to travel back and forth). Lynne obtained local bids for us from service providers for cleaning, and various maintenance and upgrade projects, scheduled appointments, and personally oversaw the quality of all work.  Lynne regularly stopped by the house to check on things and ensure everything was perfect. Lynne went above and beyond to ensure the house looked amazing.

Lynne is an excellent communicator. She was in constant contact with us and kept us updated every step of the way, proactively identifying questions and concerns in advance. She was readily available and responded almost immediately to any messages or questions we had.

We couldn't be happier with the end result and with how smoothly the entire process went. It was a real pleasure working with Lynne and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell a home in the LV area.

The time and effort put forth with staging the home paid off as it looked incredible in the professional pictures that were taken. Lynne Hoffman recently helped me find a rental in Las Vegas and she was amazing!! She is a true, dedicated professional. Since I was relocating from Virginia Beach, VA to Las Vegas, I did not have a lot of time to look at rental properties. I was also not very familiar with Las Vegas properties, neighborhoods, etc. I contacted Lynne several weeks before my visit and she couldn’t have been nicer. She responded to all of my questions, provided lots of great information and advice, and immediately followed up our telephone conversation with an email and text message. I also emailed her a few times right before my visit and she always responded very quickly.
Upon meeting her, I found Lynne to be extremely easy to talk to, accommodating, and patient! She set aside an entire day to work with me and my daughter. She was very organized, thorough, and spent a great deal of time researching the right places for me to look at in terms of location, price, amenities, etc. I found the perfect place in one day! Not only did she take me on a tour of the properties, she also helped with the application process. I couldn’t be happier, and I certainly could not have done it without Lynne’s help. I met Lynne in 2016 when I needed a rental for my move to Las Vegas. In January of 2017, I began my search for a home to purchase. Lynne was amazing! The market is crazy right now with homes I was interested in getting multiple offers just days after listing. Lynne didn't let me get discouraged. We looked at numerous houses and my education on the Vegas market was a crash course indeed. Lynne had my best interest the whole time. She helped me patient when I wanted to find the perfect home yesterday, encouraged me when an offer was not accepted, and had the BEST contacts for loans, repairs, and generally everything I needed. Lynne started as my realtor and became my friend. Having found my dream house, I truly miss our Saturday trips house-hunting. Lynne is a wonderful realtor but an even better human being. People with her integrity and work ethic are rare and should be treasured by anyone looking for property in the valley. And of course being from New York...if you need anything Lynne's "got a guy"!!

My father passed away. I received an inheritance. My girl friend (Cece) said, “If we stay in California, we’ll end up broke, because it’s way too expensive in California.” So I bought a house in Las Vegas, Nevada. Lynne Hoffman found the perfect house for us. You’ve probably heard of the “Horse Whisperer,” I think of Lynne as the “House Whisperer.”

Cece: Being first time home buyers, we had no idea about all the ins and outs or how much paperwork was involved. Lynne worked within our budget and was very attentive to our needs. Right away, Lynne found several homes for us to see via the Internet and so we made the trip to Las Vegas.

At the office, we were met with greetings and not kept waiting. Lynne showed us the homes but there was something about each one that didn’t quite fit.
