We recently had the pleasure of working with Kathy on our Home Loan for a new Home we purchased in October '23. Because of the complexity (selling our old house in a challenging market, and the need for a bridge loan), we were concerned how it all would be accomplished. Kathy was able to navigate all the challenges and actually make the process flow very smoothly. Of all the loans we have worked through in the past, this was by far the easiest.
