In April of 2013 my wife and I contacted Jennifer Hart to help us get out of a bind we were in with our two mortgages. We were deep in debt with upkeep on both homes and paying out more every month in mortgage payments than we could afford. Jennifer really helped us by walking through the whole process and keeping us up to date on how things were moving along. She was in constant contact with the real estate agent to make sure they were doing everything on their end to get our homes sold. Jennifer assisted me in the short sale of my condominium. Having to make the decision to short sale the home was not a happy one for me. I never walk away from my responsibilities, but after waiting 5 years for the property to rebound only to see the value fall even more, I felt I had no other options. Working with Jennifer and her partner Johan made the process quite easy. They are experts in the short sale process. When the bank denied my short sale because I was not in default (remember I try to do the right thing) and we had to wait almost two months for the mortgage to go into default, Jennifer stayed with me. When the bank accepted the short sale if I signed a note for the remaining loan amount, Jennifer supported me in my fight and counter offer. I walked away from this journey in the best shape, financially and emotionally, as possible.
