Been in the insurance field for over 15 years, where I was able to become a personal insurance agent and bring "personal" back into the industry. Not a 800 number for a 10 minute quote. My goal is to work with people educate them on insurance and provide the best product at the best premium.

When Diane was doing my annual review she noticed that I didn't have towing coverage for my cars and we added that day; I just purchased a car from my neighbor and used a credit union to finance and Diane made the transaction seamless. Three day after purchasing the car the alternator when out and I need it towed. Diane got right on it and a tow truck was picking up my car within the hour. No out of pocket cost to me and they didn't even want a credit card. Without Diane my situation would have be ugly.
