Christian has worked with us for nearly 8 months as we moved our residence and our business from Highlands Ranch CO to Estes Park. For our business we owe very much to Christian - it was his knowledge of the local business community that he introduced us to a developer who was renovating an old property that turned out to be just an incredible location and perfect for our business. I don't believe the site ever hit the open market for leasing and we were able to negotiate a lease and move our business to another city (not an easy task).
On the residential side of it Christian was very patient with us as we looked at a number of properties from January thru June giving us a feel for the local housing market. We were fairly hamstrung through all this due to not being able to really move on anything during business negotiations and then waiting for our house to hit the market in Highlands Ranch including the task of of a substantial remodel of the former residence. When our house sold quickly with a very short closing date (less than 3 weeks) we were very fortunate to find an incredible house in Estes Park that was vacant and we closed on both houses on the same day (pretty tricky). On our end here with Christian everything went flawlessly without any undue stress. He handled everything as he said he would, very even keel and honest about what to expect.
Every market & every broker is different; with Christian there was no pressure, no trying to steer you one way or the other. On our end if anything it took us a while to effectively communicate what really we liked & did not like and from there it made his job a lot easier. He was honest in his opinions about certain properties and how they related to us and to the market short and long term. His calm knowing demeanor helped out in the end and he worked very effectively when we finally found a home we liked and made an offer for it.
My wife and I are very grateful to Christian in many ways and only wish the positive experience we had with him buying a house could have been the same as when we sold our house with the other broker.
