Donna was fabulous in getting my home sold, especially in the early days of the pandemic of the Covid19. With Donna's expertise we sailed right through everything and closed on the day after the projected escrow date. When I first met Donna, I was impressed with her porfessional manner and knowledge of the market. She predicted the selling price of my home within 5K of what I received. There was a bump in the road when one bank backed out of the loan agreement on the day that escrow was suppose to close. Needless to say, I went balastic. Donna was there to cool me down while the buyers went thru the loan porcess all over again with another bank. They were probably as upset as I was. Thanks Donna.

Without an appointment, Donna spend an hour or two with the process of selling my home. During the entire selling process, she took great care to communicate clearly about every step of the process. She guided me through strategies on how to sell my home, and she always had my best interest in mind. Within a week, I got more than 5 offers on my home, and she was able to sell it above the asking price. She made the process very easy, and she worked very hard to sell my home.

I also wanted to purchase a home, and her son, Mike helped me to purchase a wonderful home. The buying and selling was coordinated between the two of them, which made the process much easier. I highly recommend Donna and her team!

Donna gets my highest recommendation. She came to me when I was in a real jam with my personal life and was going to loose my house. She recommended a short sale and guided me through it.
