Meet Paula Byrd
I have been in real estate for over 20 years. I was a business owner of four franchises in Charleston, South Carolina before I was married. I sold my business to move to Huntsville after my husband, Lanny, and I were married. I also have 30+ years of high-level corporate sales experience.
My father was born and raised in South Alabama. I was born in Hawai 39 i into an Air Force family. I have lived in the Philippines, Iowa, Florida, Louisiana, South and North Carolina. I have 4 siblings, one that I work with, and 3 in various parts of the country.
When my kids were old enough for preschool, I decided I needed to get back to work. Real estate was calling my name. I've never regretted that decision.
Since then I've sustained the status of the top 90% tier in real estate sales. This labels me as a Top Producer. My goal is to find the perfect home for my clients. I work with many investors and most of my business comes from repeat customers. I want to educate my clients so that they make the best decision for their family or their business. I am honest, hardworking, and knowledgeable about the area and about the real estate industry. Communication is the key to any relationship, business or personal, and I am very effective and efficient. When I am your realtor, you work with me -- not an assistant or other agent. Negotiations drive me to successfully close the deal in the favor of all parties involved.
In My Free Time
I love to cook. I love to laugh. I have one son and one daughter. Soon to have a son-in-law. I have a 150# dog named Whiskey that I rescued the day before he was to be euthanized.

Can't say enough great things about Paula. She has an extensive knowledge of Huntsville real estate which proved to be invaluable in securing the home that my wife and I wanted. She was an excellent communicator and her 20 plus years of experience allowed her to select homes for us to tour that were not only within our budget but also had all the characteristics that we were looking for. As first time home owners, Paula was able to make the process as seamless as possible and aided in helping us avoid pitfalls that can sometimes plague people with limited experience in home ownership.
