I never met Michelle face to face. I knew of her years ago from googling a Real Estate Agent back when I first thought of selling my house. When I was finally serious about selling, somehow the universe connected us, and I picked her over another Real Estate Agent. I chose Michelle to be my agent by somewhat random chance. In the end it turned out to be a very fortunate choice. Michelle worked hard to make sure my experience was easy and efficient. She put in a lot of time by helping me get my place ready to sell by arranging for workers to replace and fix things for me. She was always available by phone or text or called back within a short period. Her fee was more than fair considering how much she did, and the costs she covered. To top it off, she even ended up paying for some damage that was accidentally done to my place while it was being shown (by another realtor) - which she was not obligated to do. For me this showed clearly that she was more interested in developing a relationship than just making the most money she could. Michelle has earned my future business and my recommendations to family and friends.
