Our home in SE Aurora, Colorado was listed on 04/09/2026. On 04/10/2026 we had 3 offers and went under contract on 04/12/2026. We closed on 05/08/2026. The turn around time from start to finish was absolutely amazing. Tom & David kept us well informed and communicated with us on a regular basis. We were out-of-state selling our home, which adds more complexity to a home sale, but with the system that David and Tom have the sale was quick and easy. David and Tom helped us to come up with a listing price and we had an accepted offer within a few days. We closed within a month. David and Tom's 1% commission fee really helped to keep money in our pockets. I would definitely recommend shopping for an agent before signing as some agents were charging 2 and 3 percent commission. If your looking for a buyer's agent, I also recommend using a 1% commission agent like David and Tom, keeping the seller's expenses down can really help the seller to accept your offer. Relocating from Florida back to Colorado. In December I visited Colorado to interview some realtors in anticipation of my move. I was very impressed with Tom Grant.
