Tom & David were a wonderful team to work with! They were patient, enthusiastic, and responsive to our needs. As first time homebuyers, we really appreciated the time they took to explain everything to us. The Principal Team is the best! I would give them a 20 on an axle of David Lampe responded immediately to my request for help in finding a home in Colorado near Aurora and Littleton where I have. His Principal Team partner, Tom Grant, took over from there. He was kind, very professional and knowledgeable, very familiar with the area, and a pleasure to know and work with. He responded to every text, call and email within minutes, Once my husband and I saw our dream home in their listings, he worked diligently to make our dream home become a reality. This past Friday, in less than a month, we closed on our dream house. We absolutely love it. i would and will recommend Tom to anyone needing a home in Colorado. Tom and David did exactly what they told us they do. Our house was on the market for less than a few days we had 2 offers. They help us through the process although it was emotional for us to sell our home. They needed as simple as easy as possible I recommend them. They are professional honest and helpful.

Tom is a joy to work with. He's very knowledgeable, and is always ready to answer questions. He has attended every one of our business meetings, including the contract signing, pre-drywall walk-through, pre-closing walk-through, and the closing. Tom has always put our interests first.

So glad I had David and Tom to work with when I sold my town house last April! I've known them for 10 years through Toastmasters International, where I saw David work in a very professional manner as Club President. He is extremely prompt and reliable, keeping up with the many details and paperwork of listing a home, negotiating and closing the sale!

We sold my home as-is for top dollar, just 2 weeks before the market peaked! They'll help you set a very good but realistic sales price. They're extremely honest and will not list a home for more than it will sell for! We sold my townhome in 2 days! They gave me lots of recommendations on cleaning out extra furniture, doing needed repairs & staging the home, etc. In the end, I skipped most of the repairs - which is a good thing - because I would have lost thousands of dollars in both repair costs and sales price if I had waited another month to complete them. Timing is everything - A friend of mine spent a month doing repairs and putting lots of stuff in storage. She still has not sold her home 4 months later!

We are in a very crazy time for real estate. I was a licensed agent myself 30 years ago. David and Tom are Top Realtors. They are very hard-working, dependable and above all, honest! Let them give you a very realistic appraisal and discuss their marketing plan! They will create a web page just for your home which is very impressive and brings out more buyers.

You could not find a better team of realtors that you can trust fully in this insane market. They helped me write a killer listing, with very professional photos - Lots of them! Plus a 3-D walking video tour of the home, which helped me get full price in 2 days. They've sold lots and lots of homes and condos in all price ranges, up to luxury homes, in the last 10 years. Call them up and let them take a look at your home. They are very smart and the best professionals you could find in Metro Denver.

We met David and Tom a couple years ago when we first considered selling our house, and most recently exclusively worked with Tom while selling the house. I can't recommend Tom and the Principal Team enough. Tom was super communicative, supportive, and helpful through every step of the process and instilled a lot of confidence in us with regard to pricing, expectations for the sale, etc. The photos and website turned out awesome and he was more than willing to provide recommendations and support as we navigated price reductions and decisions on open house. I interviewed 5 agents before selecting David and Tom. David was my front line guy, and he was on top of things every step of the way. He updated me on market conditions until the house was listed, and priced the house right in the pocket to get the best possible offer, including things like a free rent-back and delayed transfer. The house was listed on a Thursday, and was shown and sold on Saturday. After the sale, he kept on top of all the transfer details that follow a home sale. I could not recommend an agent any higher than David. And at his 1% commission rate, I saved tens of thousands of dollars without any reduction in sales service. 10 out of 10 !

I worked solely with David Lampe. I interviewed 5 agents before selecting David, based on his thorough presentation and low agent fee. His recommendation for the listing price was perfect based on the market conditions. The photos and website listing were on the money. I approved the website listing on Thursday, it went up Thursday night, a viewing was scheduled Friday for a Saturday showing, I had an offer Saturday night, and a contract was signed on Sunday. The closing occurred in 10 days. He managed to get all of my requested allowances: free rent-back, offer over asking, generous inspection allowances, and an offer over listing price. He followed up every step of the way. I can't imagine why someone would pay more to a sellers agent than for David Lampe. Totally top notch service.

From making long trips to homes a distance away, to writing our offers up in as little as ten minutes, David is one of the primary reasons we closed on our beautiful home.
