We had a great pleasure in working with Sri Rao for our house purchase in Cupertino. We would like to recommend Sri Rao to anyone who is looking for a fantastic experience in buying a house in this bay area. We started our house hunt by going to open houses and came across Sri in one of the open house events. Her calm and pleasing personality together with the local real estate knowledge with backing from INTERO assured us of a good long friendly relationship. Sri is very genuine, patient and thorough with her client's best interests at heart. Sri was always available whenever we had any questions and provided quick turn-arounds on the queries. Sri was always ready to work with our schedule restrictions, very accommodating, and provided us with new listings as they became available on market. Sri conducted house walk-throughs on our schedules and honestly checked on the properties as if she were buying for herself. Our third bid was successful with incremental lessons learnt from our first two bids. Sri created good relation with the sellers' agent and helped us in getting some of the fixes done before and even after the deal. Sri provided the contacts of trusted handyman services, security services, plumbers, electricians, gardeners, lock smiths and general contractors which we found to be very useful.

We have found a new friend in Sri who calls in and drops by to check on how we are doing even after the deal is long closed. It will be a few years before we look for another house and we will enthusiastically look forward to working with Sri again. We wish Sri long and successful career ahead.Less
