Ed and I have known each other for 10+ years. However, I was a realtor in a different brokerage firm for most of those years. Ed would mentor me even though I wasn't at his office, help me get my business up and running. Finally 18 months ago, I made the decision to come to Keller Williams Partners. Best decision I have ever made. The atmosphere is great here. Everyone is lifting each other up. You don't feel like you are competing w/ other realtors, you feel like you are helping each other out. That is all because Ed and his staff have created that atmosphere. SO thankful to be mentored by him and be part of his vision!
