Working with Julian Verdugo has been a great pleasure. I refinanced my home with Julian. He presented me with options, as to the pros and cons of having a 15-year loan versus a 30-year loan in my case. In my case, I picked a 15-year loan since it was more beneficial in my case. A 15-year loan had a lower interest. I would not have known that I can afford a 15-year loan if he did not show me.
The previous loan officer I worked with before when bought my home contacted me initially for the refinance. I thought of working with him again because I liked his service before. Well, he sat on my papers, followed up with him and came up with different excuses for the delay. He never brought up the idea of a 15-year loan.
Then I was contacted by Julian. He was very professional and responsive. He came up immediately with my options.

He gave me his private cell number and throughout the loan process he was always available or quick to return my calls. That personal attention wasn’t unusual, at least not for Julian.

A few months ago I decided to refinance my home but dreading it...as the paperwork can be daunting!
