As a leader in the mortgage industry for the Metro Denver and Summit County communities, I have had the privilege to serve over 2000 families and fund over 3000 loans (yes lots of repeat clients) in my 20 years of experience. Over that time, I have become an expert in serving a variety of clients with different needs. My expertise is applied to each individual loan, including Conventional (Fixed Rates and Adjustable Rates), FHA Mortgages, VA, Jumbo and Down Payment Assistance (CHAC and CHFA). On a more personal note, I was born and raised in Colorado. I spent most of my childhood growing up in Golden. Then in 1988, I attended Colorado State University, where in 1992, I earned a degree in Finance with a minor in Economics. When I get the time, I like to play tennis, dance, and read.

I'm writing this to recommend Shannon for the processing of your next loan. It had been approx 9 years since I last orginated a mortgage, and the rules have change significantly. Throughout the process Shannon was thorough, detailed, and followed up on each milestone date to ensure there were no late surprises. Shannon helped us with our first home mortgage in 2010 and then recently walked us through a refinance (2014). She worked to understand what was important to us both times, find us the right terms and was available anytime we had a question. Shannon made us feel at ease throughout the entire process.
