I couldn’t be more grateful to Sheri for doing such an amazing job in representing me as a buyer. I was specific about location and details for my future home. I researched on my own in addition to the portal Sheri had me setup on and I found the perfect home. It was owner occupied and we weren’t able to secure a showing until a few days later. By the date of my showing, there were already several offers and with the home being at the top of my price point I decided not to throw my hat in the ring. My search went on for another 30 days and Sheri was so patient with me. She continued to ask around and search for the right home in that area I wanted to live. One night she called me and said that the home I had originally wanted and never got to see was accepting backup offers. We were both so excited and she quickly made the call. Unfortunately Sheri was told they would be closing soon the transaction in a few days. If Sheri hadn’t made the call, she never would have learned early the next morning that the buyers pulled out 2 hours after she had called the night before. I was able to make an offer the same day and we closed escrow in under 30 days. I would highly recommend Sheri to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home! She is a wonderful communicator and kept me in the loop throughout the entire transaction. I never had to call her…she always called me first!
