We have a rental home previously managed by a well established property management company for years. But gradually we started feeling uncomfortable with that company.
We decided to give our rental home to Eric to manage. He was very responsive to our requests and gets involved in person to make sure things were done right.
When tenants report problems, He's not like many other property management, simply call their contractor, get a quote and charge the homeowner. He was there to make sure the painting was done right. He was there to make sure the AC technician did a proper diagnosis and fixing.
Our rental was rented in just about a week and he's been taking care of everything since the day we signed the contract. We are impressed and couldn't be happier.
We highly recommend him.

Recently, Eric sold our house for us in less than a week. He was also our agent when we bought this house. He took care of pretty much everything for us. He even made a presence at the escrow sign off, just in case if we had any questions that he could answer. Amazing! He is solid and provides honest opinions.
