When we decided to put our home on the market we knew the person we would choose to sell it was the key. Trina came recommended to us by a friend who had just sold their home with her. My husband also wanted to consider using a Realtor who is well known and has his name on a lot of luxury homes. After meeting with Trina and the other Realtor, I knew we could trust Trina with doing what she said she would do. The other interview was not very personal and we felt like we would just be another file in his portfolio.
Long story short, we hired Trina and never regretted it. She helped us in every way she could. I realized once we were on the market, that I had a lot of "stuff" and Trina as kindly as possible went through every room with me and gave me her opinion on what had to go if we wanted our home to show at it's best....eeek! I won't lie, that was hard for me to learn, but a lesson I will always be grateful to Trina for. I began to think in the "less is more" frame of mind and she and I began to get our home ready to sell. For me, a person who loves to entertain, it made me see I didn't need all of the minutia collected over the years .

Trina has been a blessing in my life. Seriously...my husband passed away and I found myself overwhelmed with tasks trying to manage my life. I prayed and asked God for strength and guidance.
