I would like to share with everyone a great experience I had doing business with Andy Pollock. Andy is currently the CEO of WDB Funding. His company is one of the few out there that truly helps you with "real" hard money lending solutions. Andy came by my office to give a presentation to a group of my loan officers. I run an A paper retail production team out of Calif. and I thought it would be a good idea to expose them to some additional lending resources outside of the traditional A paper world. WDB funding was perfect. They will virtually look at any non owner transaction you have. No loan is too big or too small. Andy gave a great, concise and very informative presentation that explained all the various nuances of what they will do and how they will do it. Believe it or not, he is the person to call with any potential scenarios. It is rare to find a CEO that hands on in today's market place but he really does get involved in every single deal.
