Sharon Bloudek

Sharon was recently recognized as the #1 Individual Agent in the #1 Real Estate office in the State of Oregon. She has been recognized for the last 7 years in Portland Monthly Magazine (2011-2017) as a FIVE STAR Real Estate Agent in Portland, Oregon. She has been in the top 1% in the RMLS.

Sharon specializes in representing clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within the cities of the Portland Metropolitan Area. She keeps current on transactions in these areas and can assist you with all of your real estate needs, including referring great partners, including lenders, inspectors, and contractors. Her extensive business background in contract negotiation, marketing, management, analysis, and development will be a necessary asset when it comes to selling or purchasing your next home or investment property. She is the third generation in her family to be in the real estate business.

Sharon graduated from the University of Oregon with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Marketing, and from Loyola Marymount University with an emphasis in Business Management. She lives in SW Portland and enjoys volunteering in the community.
