We had a wonderful experience working with Will while selling our home in Campbell and purchasing a new one in Los Gatos. He listed our home, held a virtual open house, and sold it all during Covid-19/shelter in place restrictions. The entire process was super streamlined and allowed us to purchase our dream home in Los Gatos. I love that he provides frequent updates, is extremely patient, and always willing to answer any question. Exceptional service, highly recommended!

William Chea is an exceptional real estate agent! He sold our family home for asking price during COVID-19/“shelter in place“ restrictions. He is patient, detailed both with market research and paperwork, and thinks outside the box. His goal is always to please his clients. His strength is connecting, whether it be by regular status reports with you, or forming new relationships which in our case turned into a creative purchase contingent upon the sale of another property. We give Will our highest recommendation. From day one, he had our best interests at heart and did everything he could to prepare us for what was ahead, lower our stress levels and make sure we got the top dollar in the sale of our home. He is extremely knowledgeable of the current market and trends, expert in negotiating, was patient and very responsive with all of our questions and worked with us to find the best timeline to meet our needs. In the end, Will blew our expectations out of the water, with a sale price in our townhouse community that exceeded all others (including town homes that were 600+ square feet bigger). You will not find an agent with more integrity, sound advice or expertise.

I just want to say that I have not been this excited about my business since I first started as realtor back in 2005. Why? Because for the first time in a very long time I am positive about tomorrow, William brings so much knowledge that he is willing to share and that means a lot.
