We loved working with Shawn! He made our home-buying journey a phenomenal memory. We had been looking to buy a single-family house for a couple of years, but with volatility in the housing market and interest rate, it became like a cat-and-mouse chase. We worked with a few experienced agents, but they could not get the house as per our requirements. During one of those days, we met Shawn, at one of his open houses, and shared our experience. While our conversation Shawn gave us hopefulness and confidence and suggested giving it another chance. It was a no-brainer for us to work with him. Shawn introduced us to a lender who significantly changed our affordability of loans and allowed us to dream again.

Shawn frequently sent us the match for what we were looking for and also accompanied us to see the places. During the touring process, he would point out the benefits of the house and the subtle things which we would have missed but were important for house buying. Once we found our right home, Shawn used his tactful strategies and got us into escrow within 2 weeks.

Shawn was very patient with our endless questions and was highly responsive. If he didn’t pick up, he always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. During the escrow, Shawn communicated with the seller’s agent, diligently made sure that all the inspections were done, kept us informed on a daily basis, and introduced us to the contractors and stores.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Shawn and have already recommended him to our good friends.

I’ve met Shawn almost 5 years back when I was in search of home at an open house in Pleasanton. Since then he has been very supportive in finding my dream home, though I had to pause my search several times due to other reasons. Finally I resumed my search and found the right home. He thoroughly guided me with whole process, was available to answer any questions at odd hours and suggested good mortgage lender as well for a smoother loan process. We met Shawn in one of the open house last year. This year, when we started looking for realtor, we remembered his name and went ahead based on reviews. We are very grateful for our decision. Shawn is such a good person and a professional with a lots of experience in the real estate market. He is very genuine and never pushed us to go over home value. As a first time buyer we really had basic and repeated questions, he always gave us right answer calmly. He promptly responded all the time with no delays, no miscommunication. Due to the market situation we happen to see more open houses, each time he helped with same spirit and he always brings face masks , hand gloves and shoe covers as per COVID guidelines. I've met Shawn during an open house. When I read many reviews on the internet, I was initially skeptical on how a person can get all good reviews. :) I thought I should give a try on him as a buyer's agent. And now, I understand that, no wonder why he gets so many good reviews. :) Because he's really good at his work and as a human being!  

It's quite a nerve cracking process when we put offers to home, and wanna get a good deal. Shawn has always accepted to put the offer which we want, though it may not be as competent as the market. And that's the most good quality which I really liked in him, understanding us and not forcing us to put a figure which normally every agent does. Because of him, we were able to purchase a single family home, with 38K below the listed price. 

He's quite knowledgeable, professional and above that, he's quite understandable as a human being. Working with him is amazing!

As being a first time home buyer, we had many tensions in which Shawn was able to answer everything patiently, even at his non-working hours. Sincerely, thank you so much Shawn for everything! My family and I will highly recommend Shawn to anyone!

We knew our property was a unique property, we needed and interviewed a huge majority of realtors in the “Fremont CA” Area. Everyone promises something about their experience, but lacked the business skills needed to market our home.

We kept going back to Shawn Shokoor. We needed communication and he followed through on all our expectations.

Realizing we had offers the first week the Home was on market,, we knew our home was going to sell.

Shawn did all the work needed to sell our home, as we unavailable to do this. This was a huge burden off of us, he did exactly what he said and went above & beyond what our expectations were from a realator.

Shawn knocked this one out of the park, We were in escrow 21 days after the Home was placed on market.

We will call Shawn the next time we need a tealator, we”d highly recommend him and his professionalism and thank him for his services.

We were nervous because we wanted to purchase our first dream house. Luckily we met Mr. Shawn at an open house. Within a month he helped us win the bid for our first home. He is an outstanding realtor, very knowledgable and resourceful. Because of him we had a regular and smooth experience throughout of purchasing process. He was extremely professional, market knowledgeable, pro-active and went above and beyond on many occasions. Because this was our first experience we had many questions but he was always available to patiently answer questions and/or get more information. We had just started house hunting and fortunately met Shawn at the very first open house we went to. We loved the house and also the way Shawn provided small details about the property. Being first time home buyers, we had zillion questions about the place, financing, write-offs etc. and pure anxiety about the entire process but he probably had seen this before and was patient enough to answer the questions and help us out.

With Shawn’s help, we did put in the offer and the process went on for about two weeks where there were a series of offers and counter offers between us and the seller before the offer was accepted. Shawn was extremely proactive and was constantly in touch with us, answering my phone calls at odd hours.

Shawn also got us connected with a very good Loan broker who worked with us to get the loan processed. It helped to go through a loan broker as he was able to find the right loan to match our finances. By the end of the process, which went on for a month, we had become friends with owner and all the formality around transaction was gone.

With Shawn’s help we got our dream home!

Shawn is prompt, resourceful and approachable and we highly recommend him!

Buying a home can be stressful. Selling one can also be very stressful. Doing both at the same time coupled with the fact that I am by nature a very nervous person, Shawn certainly had his hands full. There are many qualified agents out there, but what separated Shawn from most was his calm demeanor and constant ability to reassure us that all would go well in the end.
Another aspect that makes Shawn great is his reliability and availability. I would say that 90% of the time I called him he picked up, and the rest of the time my call was returned shortly even if I had already bugged him a few times that day. Shawn was always willing to listen to and address any concerns my wife and I had. His positive attitude and encouragement throughout the entire selling and buying process was greatly appreciated and needed. My wife and I would certainly recommend Shawn to anyone looking to sell or buy a home or both!

We are glad that our Loan officer introduced Shawn to us. We had a smooth and pleasant experience throughout the whole process. He is very professional, knowledgeable and always has a smile on his face.
He was very prompt on responding to us. Every step of the way from start to finish, Shawn would call/text/email us to check in and provide us with updates on the status as we approached closing.
