Over 20 years ago Larry did a fantastic job of selling our home, so, when we decided to sell some vacant land our first thought was to turn to him. He worked diligently and found a buyer for us. On a scale of 1 to 10 we would give him a 12. If we could give him 6 stars we would.

Larry and his team made selling our house much easier and much less stressful than we had anticipated. His experience, wisdom and knowledge were evident throughout the process. Larry guided us every step of the way, from the initial meeting where he presented us with a bound book containing all of the info. about our property, to setting and negotiating the price to guiding us through the inspections and moving out. His care and concern meant a lot to us. If you want a realtor who has your back every step of the way and works hard to make your dream a reality, then Larry is the guy for you.

Larry did a fantastic job selling our home in Huntington Beach. He advised us on preparing the home for sale, found potential buyers through his network, held open houses, and guided the sale all the way through close of escrow. Larry's knowledge of the neighborhood and his pricing of the home generated a lot of interest. We had 45 offers in total and sold the home quickly for well over asking price. Larry is knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to work with. I recommend him highly!

Larry sold our 2 story house that we lived in with my father. Larry had previously sold a smaller house of ours so we could move into my father's house and do and expansion to serve two families. He was an obvious choice to hire when we decided to retire and move to Arizona.
