Robin Harmon

On 07-26-2013 I made an appointment with Robin Harmon. I had credit issues and my scores did not meet the minimum qualifications for a loan. Robin took the time to explain what I needed to do in order to get my credit scores in to a lendable range. After the meeting Robin and I touched basis every 60 to 90 days to get a status update on my credit. Robin utilized this time to update my application and keep my fill current.
On October 25th, 2014 we closed on our new home. Robin took the time to work with me for over a year. Lenders prior to this pulled my credit score and moved on without any advice or concern to help my wife and I. This is what sets Robin apart from the others.
Once our scores meet the minimum qualification Robin made contact with our realtor. The communication between lender and relator we outstanding. If the realtor had questions she would contact Robin direct.
At closing the paperwork was complete and needless to say it was one of the happiest days of our lives.
