They gave their fullest attention to us in finding the right house for us even going the distance to visit and to reach out sales office multiple times to ensure we will get the house and lot that we wanted. Both Ed and Judy accompanied us from reviewing the lot, house features, design center, house walkthrough, and many other things during this unprecedented time. We highly recommend Ed and Judy.

Ed & Judy Anderson are the Best!
They helped in the sale of my elderly parents home, as well as helping us find a new one for them in a different location closer to family. This was a huge ordeal & took much effort on everyone's part😊🙏
We had a lot of hurdles to get through, & some very difficult circumstances in both sales. Ed & Judy's professionalism & knowledge in what they do, really paid off.
They have been incredibly respectful, understanding, caring, compassionate, patient, & have shown a lot of integrity throughout everything.

Ed and Judy did a great job selling our house. I loved the professional pics including drone pics.
They marketed our house in over 800 sights including a wine country magazine.
We were very happy with their knowledge and professionalism. They kept us updated all along the way.

Judy guided us through the entire process of selling our rental home. She advised us on which things to upgrade and which things were OK as is, the preferred light fixtures, door knobs, and the best deal available at the time for the termite inspection. Once the home was fixed up and ready to sell, she advised us on the best sales price - one that was an excellent price for the home and could possibly generate some offer bidding in excess of our asking price. BINGO! That is exactly what happened! Then Judy worked with the buyer's agent and their lender to make the closing process go smoothly (the buyer's agent was not nearly as attentive and Judy's help was needed more than once). Judy is an expert at what she does. She has done this so many times and makes the process go smoothly. We would never think of working with anyone else. She is the best agent we have ever worked with - bar none!!

Excellent!!! Judy helped us buy and sale our first home with a breeze. As a business owner myself communication is a key factor in any successful business relationship and is why after owning our first home for 7 years we went back to her so she can sale it. If we had questions on any subject matter she was readily available whether it was via phone, text, or email. Our home listing looked fabulous due to the high quality pictures taken by a professional photographer and is why it only took a couple of days for us to get multiple offers and SOLD our home.
