Yoko was the best!
My husband and I were looking into purchasing a condo or apartment. And we really hadn't had much luck because other realtors didn't take us seriously... I guess its because we are young. But Yoko exceeded our expectations. One thing I thought about realtors before working with her was... all they want is to get that commission. NOT AT ALL. She's GREAT! She helped us over a period of time to get a good deal, price, location and what we truly wanted. Yoko was so pleasant to work with, and made things very easy for my husband and I.
I definitely recommend her to anyone! We are very happy and excited to be first time home owners at 26... and you don't see that a lot Hawaii.

I would really like to thank Yoko for all her hard work and dedication with selling our first home in Hawaii. Yoko is an AMAZING agent to work with! She put our home into Escrow at the price that we needed to get into our next home. The process was easy and effortless on our end. Yoko was so fast and efficient with all that she had to do. The second we signed the docs, everything started moving smoothly and efficiently. She also spoke Japanese to my wife. So she worked with my wife while I was away on business.
Selling a home for the first time could be stressful and scary, but Yoko handled everything and put us at ease. Yoko is very good at keeping us up to date with e-mails, texts, and phone calls. We were always kept in the loop. We can't put into words how we felt when we saw our home in sold status and we are one step closer to moving into our next home!
