Opened in 1986 and I was part of the team as a 15 year old student at Salinas High School. My first job was busing tables. Today, 28 years later I'm a General Partner. We remain the healthiest dining option in Salinas. We offer an array of daily prepared salads, wraps and soups. Plus, the largest field fresh salad bar in the valley.
