Shaunda is hands down the absolute best. We requested her help initially due to her extensive knowledge of our specific neighborhood (when we initially purchased the house we were selling, she worked for the builders). Though it was honestly no surprise at all, we quickly discovered that Shaunda took care of us as if we were family. It was a challenge dealing with the purchase of one house, and then moving while selling the another. Shaunda told us that she wanted to make the sale of the house as easy and worry-free as possible for us because she understands how stressful the transition can be and then she backed those words up with actions. She's a great communicator and kept us in the know throughout the sale process from beginning to end. She staged our house and had it sold above asking price in 3 days. I can honestly say that there is no realtor I trust more than Shaunda.

Shaunda was the perfect fit for our needs. She actually sold us the house that we were now selling. We had such a great rapport the first time we worked with her that we felt she would be the best fit for us now that we were selling. We met with her before we were fully ready to put the house on the market and she gave us some tips and suggestions to help us ready the house. Then when we were ready to put the house on the market, she had her "Stager" assist with the "pretty stuff." The photographer and videographer were also awesome. Once the house was on the market, she kept us informed with requests to view our home and throughout the process of the offers and negotiations. She addressed all of our questions quickly and called us when a text or email would not suffice. We would HIGHLY recommend Shaunda for your real estate needs!

Shaunda is outstanding in all ways! We first had the pleasure of meeting her 10 years ago when we bought our first house from the building company she was working for. As new young homeowners, it was a bit overwhelming and Shaunda was a great source of support to us during the buying process and afterward for the 10 years that we lived there.
Fast forward to us needing to sell due to a job relocation. There was no hesitation when deciding who we wanted to help us! Shaunda Holt is a very friendly and professional realtor. We meet Shaunda at a open house and liked her determiner so much we hired her to sell our Lincoln CA. home.
We moved to North Idaho and left the Lincoln home empty. Shaunda staged the home and had several open houses. Her husband and her even did the yard work to keep the place looking good.
The inspector found about $6,000 in repairs and Shaunda fronted her own money for the repairs until closing. That was above and beyond the call of duty.

Shaunda helped us purchase our home in Roseville and due to a work relocation, my wife and I were faced with having to sell our new home after just a few months in it.
