Steve is a great realtor, he answered all of our questions, solved all the problems, we feel very lucky to choose him as the agent. He also helped us negotiate the price of the house. Usually, the buyer's agent and buyers are conflict of interest, they will ask you to pay high for the house because it is easier to complete the transaction and they can get more commission, this kind of things didn't happen in Steve. He fought very hard for us and we are very happy.

Steve is extremely knowledgeable with the real estate market and he has the best negotiation skills of anyone I've ever met. He's extremely dedicated and hard-working and will not stop until he gets his clients what they really want. He's very personable, easy to talk to and not pushy at all with his clients (like many car salesmen). He only pushes to get the deals done once he knows it's what his clients really want.
