I have recently celebrated my 7th anniversary as a J Rockcliff agent. For that entire time it has been my privilege to work in the Blackhawk office under the guidance of Vance Smith. Vance has been instrumental in my growth as an agent during this time, going back to when he first recruited me to work at Rockcliff.
In the early days, Vance was there to get me the training I needed to begin my new career and provide me with all the technical resources I needed to be successful. Vance is a great Manager, he is very fair, always available to his agents and operates with an open door policy. During a transaction misunderstanding or dispute, Vance will address each parties point of concern, inquire with J.
