Though no fault of Bob and his team, refinancing was a slog. He and his team patiently saw it through and I am delighted with my new rate. I remember when I bought my first house in 1982 the interest rates were 18% (no typo)! Who would have thought that you could use a Mortgage Broker on the other side of the country. When I decided to refi for a lower rate I thought of my old ski buddie Bob. He had moved far away but had kept in touch by keeping me up to date on the lowest rates. It turned out that he was still doing business in this area by using a local loan processor located in Danville.
