After searching for about 2 months for an affordable home, I contacted Karen and explained my situation, that I was looking for a home near my Daughter and two grandsons, that I was retired and on a fixed income. Karen assured me that she could help me. Within a week she had 5 listings she wanted to show me. It all happened so fast and now I am in a 2yr old home and purchased it for under my budget price. Karen sold my home to me 25 years ago. She was such a pro, i contacted her to sell my home. We met at the beginning of the week and my home was on the MLS on Thursday. Open house Saturday and Sunday. Realtor tours Tuesday and Wednesday. Received an offer on Friday for over list price. Escrow was closed in less than 30 days without a hitch I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KAREN!!!!

Karen and her team are top notch. We have bought and sold multiple homes with Karen with success. She knows the market well, is very strategic when placing offers on homes for buyers and similar in setting pricing and making recommendations on how to show homes for sellers. She is someone you want on your side. In our last purchase we had an issue with the financing and she was able to bring in another reputable company to meet the deadlines. She generally has solutions to most issues that arise and is well known in the industry.

Karen has shown us the value of a true professional. As we moved from selling our home to relocating to a different area, Karen was there for us during the entire process. We highly recommend Karen Nelson, who recently helped us sell our home in Morgan Hill. She knew the demographics of our area, had a comprehensive marketing plan for our property, and was always accessible. She provided excellent advice on pricing our house and preparing it for market. She sent us weekly reports on open houses, interested parties, areas of concern, etc., and also emailed us periodic summaries of web traffic on our listing. She and Shawn kept us well-informed throughout the entire process, and were on top of every detail from start to finish. Great service, great results!

I had a hopeless situation, with a ruthless lender....Than I met Karen :) I was on the verge of having to file bankruptcy to deal with a bad loan on a seriously upside down property. Karen worked so hard and aggressive to make a short sale happen for me. Karen even drove all the way to Discovery Bay from Morgan Hill to view the property and to meet with me to address my concerns. Karen was professional and kept me in the loop on everything. No matter what the progress was, Karen called me religiously every Friday to update me on the status of my short sale. Karen's staff is very helpful and they made me feel very comfortable during the process. If things get better for me financially I will be moving closer to San Jose, I wouldn't hesitate to use Karen for a purchase as well. I highly suggest Karen for any real estate needs!
