Melanie Martin and her team were incredible. Melanie has so much experience with the market in Lake Havasu, she knew what we needed to know as sellers. She had really good feedback as far as buyers, and what things we could do or should do in regards to selling our house. You can't get that kind of help from an inexperienced realtor. Melanie took that extra time to make you feel comfortable. Selling your house can be a bit overwhelming at times. Melanie helped guide us along the whole way. She was amazing.
