Robert J. Cella

Bob Cella has transacted more than a billion dollars in Maui real estate, and is the owner of Coldwell Banker Island Properties, the island’s top-producing brokerage firm. Bob Cella grew up a troubled kid in a blue collar Philadelphia neighborhood until moving to Maui in the late 1970s. He discovered the Law of Attraction, and his life changed forever. He earned his Realtor Associate license in the early 1980s, and was promptly turned down twice by Coldwell Banker. He was hired on the third try, and was Maui’s top producing agent in his rookie year – and for 13 years straight. He later purchased the brokerage, expanding to five offices and leading it to the top Brokerage on Maui since 1996. Today, Cella spends most of his time training agents and changing lives.
