Nicki Germaine Naylor has been actively involved in the Sonoma and Napareal estate community since 1989. In 2009 she represented the sellers in thesale of Shanel, perhaps the most magnificent estate in California’s winecountry. The 362 acre estate was listedfor $35,000,000 and recorded for what was the highest price of any residentialproperty in SonomaCounty. She is well known for specializing in countryproperties including ranches, estates and vineyards from the Sonoma Coastto the Napa Valley.
