I have known Maggie for a few years, I found that she is a very reliable person. No matter how busy she was, she always answered my call or returned my call once she was available. Thanks to Maggie...we ended up getting a house that satisfied all our requirements. I do think we had a lot of contradictory constraints and probably do not conform to an ideal, easy to deal client. Maggie is a top-notch real-estate agent who is sincere and honest. She will put in the extra mile to make sure that your needs are covered. She is always available when I call her and answer all the questions that I have. Since I haven't been up to date with the latest market conditions and haven't bought a house for a long time, she has been most patient with me to provide market analysis and the latest financial information. I was also looking for contractors to renovate the old house that I bought, and she gave me several until I found the one. I first met Maggie a couple of years ago. Maggie would come in the area looking for prospective sellers. I noticed that she had no problems selling homes quickly and above asking price.

Recently my mom had to move to an assisted living facility. My wife and I called Maggie to have her sell my mom's home. She was able to sell the home very quickly and above asking price. We recently put our house on the market with Maggie and she also sold it quickly and above asking price. We are very happy with Maggie's great performance.
