If we had to summarize our experience working with Ryan Gowdy in one word it would be “Professional.” If we could use one phrase, it would be “There are no problems; there are only solutions.”
Ryan helped us sell a home that we did not occupy, and that therefore needed a bit of attention to get ready for the market. At every stage in this process Ryan was there; hiring contractors, choosing paint colors, planting trees, and even swapping out cabinet knobs and changing light fixtures. When we discovered a dripping pipe two days before the house was to be listed, Ryan got out his claw hammer and opened up the wall, had a plumber there that afternoon to repair the leak, and then patched the wall himself. When we heard offers, Ryan knew which buyers had been to the house multiple times and were committed to the home. When we went to the closing we learned that Ryan had been to the escrow company at 9 pm the previous evening, just to make sure that all the paperwork was in order. All of Ryan’s hard work paid off for us: the house sold in one week with no contingencies for 20 percent above our asking price.
We have rarely seen anyone, in any profession, with Ryan’s commitment to getting things done, and doing them right. It was a joy to work with him; we would do so again in a heartbeat.
