In 1996, after retiring from a thirty three career in Law Enforcement, I found myself assuming the responsibility of caring for aging parents and their daily financial expenses, nursing care and home maintenance. I discovered Reverse Mortgage programs and arranged for my Mother-in-Law to obtain a Reverse Mortgage. A few months later, I arranged for my Mother to also get a Reverse Mortgage. In January of 1997, I was hired as a “Part Time” loan officer.
It is rewarding to me to know, that since 1997, I have helped more than a thousand Seniors obtain Reverse Mortgages and subsequently improved the quality of their lives. After all these years of experience, I am still excited when I can help someone with their Reverse Mortgage.

Larry Rollin did a great job twice arranging reverse mortgages for me. One of the things he did was answer questions I had as I went through the process. There are definite things that you should know about things like paying your taxes and insurance after taking out the mortgage--they MUST be paid each year. I have heard of people that assumed these would quit when they no longer were paying off a loan. I highly recommend Mr. Rollin! Unlike other people who used different people and different reverse mortgage companies my experiences were very straightforward with no problems ever!
