Kimo Huynh is a full time, full service, multilingual real estate professional serving the larger bay area where he has lived and worked in the area since 1982. Because of this, Kimo has come to understand the heartbeat of our Silicon Valley; from its people, the school system, the lifestyle and its development. His mission is to serve you and your family with compassion and empathy.

Kimo's passions for customer service, professionalism and integrity have enabled him to deliver successful results; he has won many franchise's and office awards and established himself as top producer and member of the "President's Club" for closing over 35 transactions in a single year. A strong believer of the phrase "to teach is to learn twice", Kimo joined Intero Real Estate in 2013 as managing broker to share knowledge, motivate, and coach agents to be winning agents with aligned philosophy of success through principles and expertise.

In early 2015, Kimo and his team started North Valley Real Estate, a company built to serve its clients with highest value and customer relationship. North Valley Real Estate specializes in both residential and commercial and successfully works with diverse clientele in this dynamic market.

When not working or thinking about real estate, Kimo enjoys singing with his band and spending time with his wife and their two furry kids, performing silly human/dog tricks.

I believe what makes a great and well respected Real Estate Broker in one word sums up to, PASSION. Kimo Huynh, an avid broker exudes constant and consistent passion for the business, but more importantly an extreme passion for all of his agents and their well-being. His constant nurturing and guidance has successfully laid down a sound foundation for his agents leading to a path of success. We've come to love Kimo because he is honest & very professional in dealing with us!!! He is definitely excellent in his responsiveness and his mass knowledge in short sale. We love our new home. Kimo did go above and beyond to get this home for us!!!!

He short sale our home in less than 2 1/2 months and then closed our new home for us. He is awesome and a good man!!!!

Kimo took me step by step thru this sale quickly I was in and just in a matter of closing with escrow we moved in . Very workable and he is dedicated to help make the sale. Any question that came up my answers were quickly followed up. Kimo made this home purchase very easy. this month marks our first happy year in our new home.

We bought our home in 2009 through Kimo. It was quite a pleasant experience considering it was a bank-owned property. Kimo was very prompt and responsive on all of our inquiries. He took the time to show us the same property on many different occasions before we decided to purchase it. Kimo is highly knowledgeable and very good at what he does which is really important especially for first time home buyers. With Kimo's extensive knowledge of the market conditions, we paid the right price for the property. Although the overall market has declined about 5% but our property is still valued slightly higher than what we paid for which makes us very pleased considering the market turmoil condition that we are in.

Don't hesitate to use Kimo as your agent. He's very honest and up front about everything. A good quality to have for an agent.

I bought my home through Kimo in March 2010. He is a very pleasant person to work with and represents the interest of his client well. My experience was good with him and will recommend to other folks trying to buy homes in San Jose.

Kimo was very flexible and was willing to show us multiple properties across 3 different counties; Santa Clara, Alameda and San Mateo. We were successful in buying our first home in San Jose as we went through an amazing buying experience in the 5 weeks it took for our offer to be accepted and closed even with his vacation during the housing search. Buyers should be open-minded and realistic as the housing market in the Bay Area is unlike the rest of the nation. I would recommend Kimo and his services as he is an ideal guide in the maze of home buying.

We bought our first home with Kimo and is very happy with his service. He's flexible to our schedule and offered us knowledgable advise without the pressure. It takes a lot of active research on our part to find potential properties and Kimo kept up with us to provide professional expertise. We found our house and went into contract within 3 weeks of searching. Kimo followed through the renegotiating and we got a big price reduction that we're very satisfied with. We definitely would recommend him to others looking to buy a house.

I recently bought a short sale in Evergreen and thank goodness I had Kimo as my agent. He was very responsive to all my questions and was able to walk me through the long & confusing short sale process. It took 8 months to close due to numerous reasons but I was not in a rush so it was a win-win for everyone. Interest rates had dropped and I was able to purchase my home with some patience. If you are looking for an experienced and personable agent, I would highly recommend Kimo. He is professional and very knowledgeable about the local bay area real estate market. In August, my fiance and I decided that we should start looking for our first home. Having heard numerous stories of how people got outbid on houses, and how it is a “seller’s” market, we entered into the market with a realistic expectation: that finding our dream home might take months or even a year. After hearing great reviews about Kimo Huynh, we asked Kimo to help us find a house. Kimo immediately gave us newly listed homes and took us to view the homes. On a couple of Sundays we viewed 5-6 houses, all in the same day! At the end of August we found a gorgeous home – completely gorgeous, inside and out. The problem was a dozen other buyers also found it gorgeous. Fearing what we were up against, I expressed that I really wanted the house. And Kimo said that he would “make it happen.”

And he did.

Kimo immediately completed all the paper work, contacted the listing agent, and helped us made the right offer. While we were in contract, Kimo had the property thoroughly inspected and effectively asked the seller to fix major repairs without any additional charges to our closing cost. Amazing!

At the end of September my fiancé and I became the happy owners of our gorgeous move-in-ready home.

Kimo is a dedicated, conscientious and a hard working person. He always maintains a pleasant demeanor, even in difficult situations. Throughout the process Kimo was thorough in investigating what needs to be done to insure he provided us with the best information possible. You can depend on Kimo and he will go the extra mile.

It was a pleasure working with Kimo as well. We at no point felt pressured into making a decision. Without his guidance it would not have been possible for us to make an informed decision. We appreciated Kimo being honest about his opinions. I would recommend him to any friend of mine who is looking for a house. If the need should arise in the future, I will definitely work with Kimo Huynh again.

We started working with Kimo in Oct 2012, made an offer on a house in mid-November, closed escrow in a record 35 days and got the keys right before Xmas! We feel very fortunate and lucky, especially in this seller's market. Much of our success is thanks to our realtor, Kimo. Kimo is very easy to work with and responsive, making the experience of shopping for a home both enjoyable and exciting. There is definitely a big difference in quality when you go with a full-time realtor vs a part-timer. He is a seasoned real estate professional and is up to date on current laws and regulations. He walked us through the entire process and set clear expectations so we knew what to expect at each stage. When you show interest in a home or location, he will thoroughly research on the neighborhood, history on the house and present to you adequate info to help you make better decisions. Also, these days lenders can be very demanding and difficult and take a long time reviewing your documents. Kimo diligently negotiated with the seller to extend deadlines and prepared all necessary documents. All we needed to do was sign and fax back to him. The process was seamless. Kimo is dedicated to his clients and will work hard to earn your trust, confidence and business. He'll take good care of you.

My husband and I started working with Kimo in late November, after working with another agent for almost a year, and we were in contract within 6 months. Kimo is very patient, responsive to emails/questions, and knowledgeable about the current home prices in the neighborhoods we were interested in. (Most the homes we toured sold for the price that Kimo estimated!) Each home we toured with Kimo he came prepared with comps in hand ready to help us make an informed decision.We appreciate Kimo's professionalism and expertise and would highly recommend him to anyone who is in the process of buying or selling a home!

Kimo was an asset to our home buying process. He was very quick to return our phone calls and answered all of our questions. He was very friendly and helpful. He was out of town at a convention during this process and still stayed in contact with us. Kimo negotiated a very fair price on our new home and made us and the buyers happy! We will forever be grateful to him. We never thought we could live in the neighborhood desired but Kimo made our dreams a reality!
