Barrett did a phenomenal job finding me a house. He listened carefully to what my needs were and asked great questions to help understand what would and would not work for me in a house. He was very patient in showing me homes and was very honest, often telling me that he thought a house wouldn't work well for my needs and why. We eventually found a house that worked for me, but the seller did some repairs that were substandard and refused to fix it. Barrett's advice was to walk, even though this meant essentially starting over. That very day we were out touring houses again and found a couple that would work. We made an offer and 10 days later, we closed. Overall, I really appreciated Barrett's hard work and honesty. Barrett is responsive and professional. He deploys technology well, e.g., he conducted a FaceTime video tour of a property when I was unable to view the property in person. He also used DocuSign so that I could sign all documents electronically and remotely. I lived far from the property that I was buying, and his use of technology made it much easier to buy the property from afar.

We have used Barrett Adams for the purchase of 2 homes, and the sale of 1. We returned to Barrett because of the complete attention we received from him. Barrett was a very efficient, friendly, on top of things realtor. He was available and answered questions whenever they came up. He made phone calls, checked up on things and pushed others to do their jobs when they were lacking.
