We are a family of 4 with 2 young children and were cramped in our 2 bedroom, 1 bath. We loved the neighborhood but needed space, especially during our distance learning and teleworking situations due to the COVID 19 pandemic.
The keys to our success were really due to Liane's experience. Being first time homebuyers, we needed someone to hold our hand and show us along every step of the way and teach us the process. She has the qualities that make her an extremely successful and effective broker. I can’t say enough about her professionalism and knowledge within the industry.
She is very personable and is positive which was a reassuring quality in this market. We were doubtful that we would be able to find anything within our budget. She does a great job of listening to her client’s needs and does not waste time showing properties which do not meet the client’s objectives. She would honestly tell you if she did not think a property was worth pursuing.
She is extremely responsive to questions, both emails and phone calls. She shows great attention to details, including keeping the loan officer in the loop and being present during inspections, enabling the transaction to get done. We have the highest level of confidence in her. As mentioned above, she represented us on the purchase side of the transaction. I also would not hesitate to use her as my listing agent if I were selling a property. She is very smart and transactions can sometimes become very complex.
We put our first offer in with the assumption that it would not be accepted due to there being multiple offers on all units in the market and most offers were above asking price. But to our surprise and happiness, it was accepted and within a few months we had closed on a place that was within our means and inside our preferred area. Our transaction went very smoothly and we closed on time.
