Well, I met with Andrea after having a couple of agents for a few months. She explained the exclusivity and level of service so I agreed. She explained everything ahead of time at an initial consultation that only took about an hour. I was amazed at how fast we started looking at houses. Two days after we met we had five houses to view, I eliminated 3, and she made the arrangements for the other 2 and we viewed them. They were way off, but we discussed the situation and decided to reload for the next week. Over the weekend I looked outside of the search area I gave to her and saw something. I text her about the property on Monday and she immediately responded, leading to a viewing that night after I got of work.
