Karen Bremer

Karen has been representing sellers and buyers in the Tahoe and Truckee region since 1991, and during the past four years has received the Achievement Award for a performance level in the top 2% of realtors in the brokerage. Her love of the mountain lifestyle, and her entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen have enabled her to help hundreds of clients realize their real estate goals. A graduate of Rutgers University, Karen has also taught English as a Second Language in Saudi Arabia, and was a professional photographer. Between 1991 and 2007, Karen owned a real estate brokerage with her husband Bernd, in which they managed close to one hundred vacation rental properties, and employed six agents. When not engaged in real estate, she can be found traveling to the far corners of the globe.
