Anne started her career in 1997 as a transaction coordinator for Prudential and quickly advanced to a Risk Management position. She has assisted the real estate industry by teaching contract classes and recruiting several agents into the business as well as being a member of the Tahoe Sierra Board of Realtors. Anne furthered her career by working with two of the top Realtors in the Truckee area before deciding to advance on her own in 2005.
Since 2005, Anne has consistently been a top producer and has been rated in the top 20 Realtors for units sold.
Anne attributes much of her success to her ability to develop good working relationships with all of her clients. Ann and her Staff were magnificent in every task needed to sell our condo in Reno Nevada. It was stress free situation for us from the day we meet for the first time when she took the time to explain her procedures and respond thoroughly to all of our detailed questions. Anne went above and beyond throughout the process of selling our condo in Reno. She drove to our home in Gardnerville, NV to meet us and thoroughly explain the listing process. Anne is very familiar with the Rancho San Rafael Townhomes area and met with us there to show us other condos which were for sale. This really helped us to establish the asking price. Since we were traveling out of the country for several weeks during the sales process, Anne set up Docusign which enabled us to approve documents while we were gone. Her staff coordinated the thorough cleaning of the condo as well as the carpeting and the completion of several minor repairs. Professional photos were taken at Anne’s expense and posted on multiple real estate websites. Day two after the condo was listed we had two offers. The condo sold above listing price. Escrow went very smoothly and closed in about 30 days which was more than two weeks early. This enabled us to pay off our house before the end of the month and expedited the ability of the new owner to move in. We highly recommend Anne and her co-workers. They did a wonderful job and kept in touch with us every step along the way.
