We purchased our first home with Ramil and Suha and only have good things to say about our experience. We had talked to a couple other agents and what set this team apart was:
1) Their integrity. They actually had us lower our offer amount, even though it would lower their commission.
2) Great knowledge of the process. They maneuvered to get our home in contract in a hot market before a bidding war could start.
3) Their knowledge of home values. They were pretty accurate in knowing what homes would actually sell for and be appraised for and helped us avoid making mistakes or wasting time.
4) Their professionalism. They understood our requirements and followed up on everything they committed to.

Ramil Eisho is an excellent agent with superior knowledge in real estate. He is honest, detail oriented and you can count on him to find your dream home.
As first time Home buyers we had lot of concerns and he understood it well and kept us at ease at every stage and guided us smoothly through the whole process. He never hesitated to answer any of the questions we had (some being silly, you realize them later anyway :) )
Another plus is, you don't have to repeat/remind him twice for any paper work. Given that you will have to file tons of paper work that is real important.
He can also work with you to get your financing if you need. We ended up going with a different lender as he suggested that is the best anyone can do, appreciate his honesty.
He can provide good contractors list if you are in need of fixing something in your home. we used his contacts to fix couple of things before we moved into our first home.
