When we were out of town, she took photos/videos of a property we were interested in so we can view these remotely. She worked on offers with us in the evenings/weekends and had maintained close communications with the sellers' agents to keep us informed throughout the bidding process.
We recently closed on a Palo Alto investment property that we are very happy with. The seller, we the buyers, and Kay were all out of town, and Kay negotiated the deal successfully for us during the holiday week. The closing went smoothly.
