Landon Owens was the realtor that sold my house! It was under contract just a couple of days after it was listed! That sell fell through at the last minute! But the same day it fell three it was under contract again and ended up closing a week later! We also got the earnest $ from the sale that fell through! Land was very good at communicating and always kept us up to date of what was going on! He bent over backwards to help us with any questions and kept in the loop the whole time! I would definitely recommend Land Owens to anyone who is buying or selling!

Landon knows my family and my history. But he took the extra time to meet with me. Discussed my present and future housing needs. He then researched the options available for my income and special situation . And when those properties did become available. He set aside a day of his schedule. And we both went together to view these , and it was a 450 mile drive. His dedication and knowledge of the market was tremendous. My home sold quickly. And I am so very happy for his efforts.
