Hector gives my clients the best customer service. I always recommend him to my buyers when they need a good inspector. He is very thorough and takes the time to explain issues to clients. He invites the clients to follow him around the home if they choose and teaches as he goes. I've learned a lot by going to inspections with Hector. He also explains to the buyer how to take care of their new home to prevent issues from arising. There is a very quick turn around on the report as well. We usually receive it the same day or early morning the next day. He welcomes clients to contact him should they have any questions or concerns even after the inspection is completed.
