Kristen is a great realtor. Kristen acted quick on everything to get my townhouse. We had a small time frame to get eveything done and she made that happen. She explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything. There was a time that I was frustrated with the process of getting towhouse and she assured me that it was normal procedure and to hang in there. I would refer Kristen to anyone who is looking to purchase a home and I would use her again if needed. Thanks Kristen you did a great job and I'm so happy with my new purchase.

Kristen really knows her stuff and goes above and beyond to get her clients exactly what they want. She is professional and organized, extremely patient and never pushy. She got me the house and location I wanted in a VERY competitive market while keeping within my budget. her service to her clients doesn't stop once the deal is done, she has continued to check in to make sure everything is ok, and provides valuable local insight to those new to the area. I would HIGHLY recommend Kristen to anyone looking to buy or sell in the south bay or Hollister areas.

One of the most important decisions you will make when moving is deciding on your real estate agent. Believe me, I know. We have moved 5 times in the past 12 years and between selling and buying we have had our share of agents. Some good, some bad, and some terrible. Kristen has been amazing and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to list their home in the San Benito County area.
When you are looking for an agent you need someone who is transparent and will give you the details up front. Transparency is Kristen's specialty. She was upfront with what she thought the value of our home would be as well as a straight forward strategy on how to get the best price in this challenging market. Her projections were right on the money. Not only did we sell in less than a week, but we had multiple bidders and were able to get a better price.
You need an agent who is friendly and polite, but can be agressive and bold when needed. Kristen is a great balance of both. She is extremely friendly and complementary, but when it came time to be aggressive and fight for us, she was right there.
