We recently had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Johnson in buying our first home. We were beyond satisfied with her work. She knew exactly what we needed (wanted) in a home, and she found us the ideal place on the very first try. It was everything that we were looking for, and so affordable that we are STILL pinching ourselves four months later, feel so unbelievably lucky.
We were under a tremendous time crunch from the time that we had to leave our apartment to the time that we could purchase a home and obtain occupancy, and Jen made it happen. She made the impossible possible, and reassured us of her abilities every single step of the way. She practically restored our very faith in humanity with her diligence. Her service was wonderful, and her professionalism never wavered.
There were ups and downs, as with many home purchasing circumstances, but Jen managed to keep us calm throughout it all. She never took too long to answer our voicemails, replied to our e-mails in a very timely manner, and made us feel important (although we certainly weren’t her only clients going through the process at the time). She made us feel like all of our emotions were valid, and listened carefully to our every concern. Not one question went unanswered throughout the process, and that is something to be respected.
For any and all future home purchases, we will be working exclusively with Jennifer Johnson. We will also recommend her highly to all of our friends, and will be proud to do so. Our home buying experience was as bright as it could have possibly been with Jen leading us the entire way! We are now… Home, Sweet Home.
