Angie is a great realtor and a pleasure to work with. From the beginning of the process she takes the time to understand your unique situation/background to better assess which homes are worth looking at. As I first-time homebuyer Angie was able to help me fill in a lot of tiny (but important) details on each place which you won't find from the online listings. She is able to schedule visits to accommodate my busy work schedule and really gives peace of mind during the closing process to ensure everything goes smoothly. Dear Angie,
There are so many good things to write about you as a person and as our real estate agent for 1345
Montclaire Way, Los Altos. Our relationship started about ten years ago when you walked by our
home handing out real estate fliers and introducing yourself as a friendly neighbor.
Over the years you stayed in contact with us just by stopping by when you saw us outside on our front
porch on rocking chairs and doing your usual canvassing of the neighborhood.
When it came time for us to sell our residence after 20 years, your name was the first for us to
consider and you were our first choice. After our initial meeting negotiating the sale, it was evident
that you were flexible and willing to make our experience positive and fair.
During the process of the sale, you handled a major snafu of a foundation settlement issue which sidetracked
us from achieving our goal to move to Carmel. You referred us to several engineering firms
including the one we selected which was a great fit for our issue. You subsequently provided the
guidance on how to market a house with such an issue and proposed several solutions to our problem.
Together we chose the right firm and managed the completion of leveling the home to make it very
marketable.
You held open houses before and after the foundation repair. Bingo! The house got sold the first
weekend of an open house after repair. You were more than happy to personally hold the open
houses, which kept you deeply involved. It seemed as if we called you thousand of times. Each time
you reassured us in a most pleasant manner, by handling all of our questions and “what ifs”. This
counted for a large part of our satisfaction on the sales process.
Aside from open houses, we consulted together on pricing, which turned out to be right on the
money. You achieved a 3.5% over asking on a list price that was significantly increased after the
foundation repair. Thus, it was not a given that an over asking price would result.
You were there at the final buyer walk through and until the legal end of escrow. You arranged for the
last minute garbage clean up just before closing as we were out of town in Carmel (We had signed
earlier than the buyers). A to Z Angie!
We would be happy to relay our very positive experience to anyone inquiring about working with you.
Bottom line--we could not have asked for a more collaborative experience or one that was financially
more successful.
Lastly, this was an emotional sale. You were very sensitive to our deep love of our home of 20 years in
an outstanding part of the Bay Area.
